How to Raise and Monitor Support Tickets from the Dashboard
Step 1
Login to the dashboard using your credentials

Step 2
Click on the “Submit Ticket” icon as shown below.

Step 3
Fill in the details and click on “Create Ticket” button.

Step 4
To view your submitted tickets, click on the “View My Tickets” button below.

Step 5
In addition to this, you can also raise tickets via a particular conversation. Select a conversation
for which you want to raise the ticket.

Step 6
Add the description and click on “Submit Ticket”.
