Site and Page Architecture related questions for SEO

What problems, or “SEO holes” have you found when working with “automated web site builders”?
Many automated website builders are not SEO friendly. For example, Wix platform doesn’t offer to upload/edit Schema Tags, Canonical Tag, Extra meta tags for call tracking code etc.

What suggestions would you have for plugging those holes?
We recommend alternative ways to get things done. For example, if a canonical tag is not possible, we recommend doing 301 redirects or even use Google Search Console to do the canonicalization. However, it depends on the platform and the functionality it offers in terms of SEO. Different platforms have different limitations. Having worked on 40,000+ campaigns we have encountered most website builders and have ideas on how to overcome their limitations.

How do you establish priorities and quick wins for On Page architectural issues?
–   We use our own proprietary 32-point SEO crawler audit tool to identify on-site issues on the website.
–   Our advanced SEO crawler scans more than a million web pages every week. If any issue is encountered ( eg missing Google Analytics tracking code or Search Console verification tag, target keywords not present on the website, etc.) it is reported on the dashboard and the SEO team gets an alert.
–   Using our proprietary dashboard tools, we first detected de-indexation of Large agency built websites in Bing affecting visibility of 100,000+ of the client’s websites. We then proposed a solution to fix this issue. In the last 6 years, this issue was reported twice by us to them twice. The solution we provided helped them to recover all their websites in both cases.
