Login to your dashboard with your credentials.

Select a project (website) for which you want to integrate Live Chat. On the project dashboard, in the left navigation, select “Live Chat” under “Lead Tracking”.

Activate Live Chat by clicking on the blue “Activate Now” button.

Once you activate, you can view your Live Chat stats including Chats on a daily basis, satisfaction rating, response time and chat duration. A fully loaded stats page will look like this.

To manage backend settings, click on “Login to Chat” button.

Step 6.1
Go to SETTINGS > WIDGET. This will provide you with the widget code, options to change the appearance of your widget and Live Chat form fields. Ideally, the widget code should be placed at the end of the code before the end of </body> tag on your website.

Once the code is added, the widget will appear on your website.

Step 6.3
You can change the avatar and display name in the SETTINGS > PERSONAL section.

Step 6.4
The SETTINGS > EMAIL section gives you the option to request chat transcripts to your email address.

Step 7
You can create Agents to be assigned for each project via MANAGE > AGENTS section. You can assign two roles – ADMIN and AGENT. An ADMIN has the option to create an AGENT.

Step 8
You can view live / active visitors, online duration, which page they are on and the referral page in the VISITOR LIST section.

Step 9
HISTORY shows all previous chats for a particular project.

Step 10
OFFLINE LEADS shows chats you’ve missed for a particular project with their email and phone number so that you can follow up with them later.

Step 11
CHAT FEEDBACK shows chats you’ve missed for a particular project with their rating and feedback message.
