Steps to implement white label email notifications (DKIM)

Below are the steps to implement white label email notifications – so that dashboard emails can be sent out with agency’s email id instead of @edeveloperz.com

  1. Decide the email address you would want to use for white label emailing i.e.the email address you want to use to send dashboard notifications to your client (e.g. emailid@yourdomain.com).
  2. We will need 3 DNS entries for the domain (i.e. yourdomain.com), which will authorize email sending from our sever on your behalf. To generate the entries, please visit https://dashboard.agencyplatform.com/Email_whitelabel with your login.
  3. You need to add those DNS entries into your domain's (i.e. yourdomain.com)DNS management panel. Inform us once done.
  4. We need to wait till DNS entry is resolved (usually takes 8 to 24 hours). As soon as it is resolved, we will start send emails using the email address provided by you in step 1 from our Dashboard.
