How to use the lead management feature on the dashboard

Lead Management has never been easier than this. Now you can track all inbound calls, website form fill-ups and live chat interactions potential leads have with your business — all in one place.

How to use this feature?

1. Login to your dashboard

2. Your project management dashboard should look similar to this.

3. To go to the lead management section, just click on “Lead Management” under Lead Tracking in the left navigation or click “View All Report” under the “Lead Tracking” section.

4. Once you land on this section, you will see a list of all leads (including calls, form fill-ups and live chats) sorted by date. In the right section, you will notice a pie chart with a search box.

5. You can filter leads by calls, forms or live chats by clicking on the respective links at the top.

6. To forward a lead, just click on the “Share” button, enter the email address, your comment and press Share.

7. Similarly, you can add tags and notes to a lead for reference.
