How to use the Survey Tool on dashboard

Surveys are great way to learn about your customer base, how they feel about your business and also allows you to make proactive business decisions.

The survey tool is live on the dashboard. You can now create and publish online surveys in minutes, and view results graphically and in real time.

Here’s how to get started.

Login to the dashboard with your credentials. 


2.1 On the client dashboard, click the “Survey” link in the left navigation. 


2.2 Next, you’ll land on the Survey Dashboard. You can run up to 25 surveys for free. Click on “GET STARTED”.


3.1 In the Survey section, you have two options – via Email or Text Message. Here’s how you can send it via email. You can also import contacts via a CSV or Excel Spreadsheet. At the bottom, you have options to enter your business listing on Google, Yelp and Facebook. Their customers can post reviews on these profiles. 


3.2 Here’s how you can send the survey via Text Message. Note that Text Messages will work for US numbers as of now. We will expand Text messages to other countries soon. 


3.3 If you want to send it both as Email as well as Text Message, you need to upload a CSV with these fields – Contact Number and Email Address.


4.1 When the survey is sent, the recipient will receive this message for a recommendation.


4.2 If the recipient selects “Yes”, they will be asked to put up the review on these top 3 websites.


4.3 If the recipient selects “No”, they get the below screen.


4.4 And, these 3 templates can be customized from the “Feedback Template” section.


Once the user completes the survey, the data is displayed on the dashboard. You can track all the data from the “Dashboard” section which looks like this. 


You can also check the survey status by clicking the “Feedback” button located at the right.
