2. Once you land on the Global Dashboard, go to PRESALE tab at the top and select "PresalesTool".
3. To get started, click on the "SEO Plan Recommendation" button at the top-right.
4.1. Enter the business name for which you generate the quote. Once you select the business, allavailable details will be automatically filled in. You can also enter the details manually if thebusiness is not listed in Google Maps. Once the details are confirmed, click NEXT.
4.2. Search and select the Category for your business. You can select a maximum of 2Categories. Once this is done, move to the next step.
5.1. Here you can select the target locations / GEOs. First, select the target radius around thebusiness i.e. the business should serve the locations included in this radius. In this case, weselect a radius of 3 miles. The map will automatically change to reflect target regions within 3 mileradius of the business. Click on the (+) icon within the radius to add more locations.
5.2. Our algorithms automatically detect if its a competitive city or competitive industry to targetand issues this warning about increase in pricing. In this case, "Jersey City" is a competitive cityand recommends to target surrounding neighborhoods to bring the pricing down.
5.3. You can select additional locations from the map or select from the available locations in thebox as shown below.
5.4. Note that the suggested pricing also changes as you add / remove locations. In this case,adding Lincoln Park increased the pricing to $349/mo from $249/mo. Once the location arefinalized, move to the next step.
6.1. Based on the industry, our tool will automatically suggest relevant topics / keywords youshould ideally target for this business. You can select upto 3 topics without any additional cost.Pricing will increase (as mentioned) if you select more than 3 topics.
Note that our Local 2 Plan has 15 Primary keywords and 60 secondary keywords. If you sign up, your account manager will discuss with you and decide which ones will be primary and secondary terms.
6.2. Once you select the topics, the keywords will be shown in the right section. You can also addyour own keywords to this list by clicking on the button at the top. Once this is done, select Next.
7. Here you can top-up the pricing by adding your own markup to the suggested pricing. You willnotice the Markup cost increase as you drag the slider. Once you are done, click Next.
8.1. Here you can review the details. If you need to change anything, you can click Previous at thebottom. If everything’s fine, click on the "Create" button and your report will be generated withyour branding of course.
8.2. Once you click on Create, you will get a popup asking you to download the PDF. Note that ifyou exit this section without clicking Create or OK, all changes will be lost.
9. Once you click OK or download the PDF, it will automatically take you to the main dashboardwhere you can see the list of quotes generated with your login. Here you can download the PDFagain or delete the quote.
