How to use the online SEO commencement form to request details


You can now request SEO Commencement details online. No need to send a separate document to your clients or prospects to fill in the details. The best thing is – its completely white-labeled i.e. your clients will receive the commencement form with your branding. Once your client submits the details, you’ll be notified immediately via email.

Here’s how you can use it.

1. Login to your dashboard using your credentials.

2. Once you login, you will land on the Global Dashboard. Click on the “Client Intake Form” under “Presale” tab at the top.

3. This section will list all previous filled in SEO Commencement Forms listed by date.

4. If you want to fill up and send us the form directly, click on the “Fill up form” button.

5. If you want to send the form to the client directly for them to fill it up, click on the “Send to client” button.

6. Once you click on the “Send to client” button, you will be presented with a form to enter your client’s email address (you can add multiple email addresses separated by commas). You can edit the Subject and Email body if you want. However note that the commencement form URL should NOT be altered.

7.1 Here’s how you or your client can fill up the SEO Commencement Form. The first step is to type in the business name. If the business exists in Google Maps, you will notice a dropdown with the business listed.

7.2 If the business is not listed in Google, you can add the details manually by clicking on “Add Manually” button.

7.3 When you click on the Business listed in the dropdown, the details get automatically populated. Just add the missing details and click on “Next” at the bottom right. If you have multiple locations, you can also add another location by clicking “Add” button.

8. In the next tab, we request the SEO details. Note that the fields are not mandatory, but we suggest filling as much details as possible.

9. Here is the next step.

10. The final step is to review the details added and submit the form. Once the form is submitted, the confirmation will be sent instantly via email. Below is the email.

11. Once submitted, the commencement form will also be automatically linked to the project. For a particular project, the same form will be available in the “Client Intake Form” section.
